Available carriers and delivery speeds
Standard, expedited, and priority shipping are offered through DHL and USPS. The usual transit estimate is 1–7 business days after fulfillment, subject to unavoidable carrier delays. For an extra fee, express service may be selected with FedEx or USPS. Choose the shipping preference during checkout. Actual transit can differ from the estimate, no arrival date is guaranteed, and additional details are available from Support.
Prompt fulfillment
Because waiting for a parcel is frustrating, we promise to fulfill the order as promptly as possible. Reach Support for help if the third business day after ordering passes without a shipping-confirmation email.
Forwarding services are not accepted
We do not allow delivery to a freight forwarder or any shipping-forwarding provider. Any order meant for such a service is cancelled, and the customer receives a full refund.
